Obituary of Helen Louise Walker

Helen Louise Walker (Wilson), 96 passed away peacefully at Lilac Springs in Lake Mills on May 7, 2024.

She was originally from Pennsylvania and married WWII veteran Oscar Hubert Walker. She had four children and spent the last 30 plus years in Wisconsin.

She loved her family, friends, playing cards, watching soap operas, Mickey Mouse, traveling and gambling. Whenever she was asked how she was doing her answer was always “I’m Fine.”

She is survived by her two daughters Helen Louise Woods and Arrilla Mae Harris, 13 Grandchildren, over 20 Great Grandchildren, numerous Great, Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by husband Oscar Hubert Walker, two sons; Oscar Hubert and Charles Lawerence. Her brother Richard and sister Owen and has one missing brother Earl Larence who may or may not have passed on. She is also preceded by Granddaughter Paula Mae Davis-Stark (Harris) and Great Granddaughter Jessica Rene Hanson (Pitts).

A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 9am until the time of the service. 

Following the service there will be a luncheon held at Fairview Sports Bar and Grill. 

As per the family's wishes, please dress casually.
